Delivery terms:
- Lead time will be indicated on the order acknowledgement and only after our direct contact. 

Sales terms:
- According to the commercial policy there can be promotional discounts 
- Unless otherwise agreed, prices are intended for goods delivered by the courier to the address indicated on the form. 

Shipment, transport and delivery:
Transport fees are at buyer’s charge; seller can include in the order acknowledgment transport quotation if requested.

Lead time depends on goods availability in stock, in any case goods will be dispatched by 15 days upon order.

The parcel will be trackable on the courier website.

Order withdrawal:
Buyer will be charged for transport fees for returning the goods.

Once arrived at Officine Parenti, the goods will be carefully checked for damages or tampering.

The returned items integrity is essential to exercise the withdrawal right.
It is advised to return the goods using the original package as it was received.

Once verified the items integrity, Officine Meccaniche Parenti will refund the received amount within  30 days from the day they were received.

In order to exercise the withdrawal right, buyer has to send a mail to the following address: info@omparenti.com
 
Indicating:

-    Buyer details
-    Order e-mail date
-    The items to be returned
-    Clauses
-    Buyer complete IBAN for refund
 
Then return the goods by 14 days within goods receipt.

Packaging:
The items ordered are all well-packed and protected. If on receipt of the parcel the damage is visible or the packaging is not intact, it is compulsory to sign the courier delivery note adding “with reservation”. 

Complaints and contestations:
Any complaints regarding the quantity, the nature or the kind of sold items will have to be notified to Officine Meccaniche Parenti srl within 8 days after receipt of the goods (date as the courier delivery date). After 8 days upon goods receipt, reclamations will not be accepted.
